Be sure to register as a renter, owner or both

browse the rental classifieds
Locate the item that you would like to rent
Message the owner to make sure it’s available.
Schedule the pick up: location, time and amount. (some items require a refundable deposit at time of pick up)
Secure your rental by forwarding the rental itinerary: scheduled pick up, return, and Amount to support@iamlease.com
We will prepare and email you the invoice
Pay the invoice online
Pick up item: take plenty of pictures of item and email to support@iamlease.com
Enjoy your rental
return your item on scheduled day.

Always return items on time in the condition you received it in. This will positively impact your eligibility to rent with us.

Failure to return items is Considered theft in most jurisdictions and will be filed as such

Owner

Register as a product Owner
Post your items for lease in the proper location. Include description, price per term i.e. $45/day $150/wk etc. ( for your privacy, please do not Include your personal phone number in post)
Reply to messages, schedule pickup, choose your meeting location
Secure the rental by forwarding the rental itinerary: scheduled pick up, return, and Amount( please specify if there’s a refundable deposit required for rental) to support@iamlease.com
We will send Renter the invoice to pay
Prepare rental item: test, clean, charge/gas the item if needed
Meet renter at designated location of your choice.
Verify their identity, demonstrate how to operate the rental item and answer any questions or concerns.
Meet with customer at designated location and time to receive the return of item. Exam item to ensure it’s in same condition
Your payment will be deposited directly to your account in 1-3 business days
